Insert images in WYSIWYG Editor

Hi again (and thank you very much to everybody for all previous help!!!) :)

When inserting images in the news via WYSIWYG Editor, these are simply linked from outside via URL.

Link images from external websites can be a good space-saving method but very annoying in case of future broken links. Alternatively, I (or another user/journalist) could upload images on site by myself before write the News and finally link them from the Editor, but that sounds a little crazy...  ;)

Isn't there a feature, in WYSIWYG Editor, allowing to upload that images from my computer (or to "grab" linked ones) or another simple solution to do so?
